Week 1:
Foundations of Fitness

Meet our professional coaches and get familiar with the movements you’ll be using in group classes through our one-on-one coaching. Many of these movements you already know — we’re just going to make you better at them. We’ll teach you how to jump, squat, pull, and press with safe, effective technique so you can get stronger and avoid injury. Don’t worry if you need extra time here. Everyone has their own pace.

Week 2:
Get Into The Groove

Chat with your staff about your goals and start attending classes that work for your schedule. Don’t be afraid to show up early, ask questions, cheer on your peers, and socialize after the workout! Our community means the world to us and we want you to be a part of it.

Week 3:
Be Ready To Sweat

Congrats on making some new friends! Take in the community and see how it feels to belong to a group of fit-minded people. If you surround yourself with others who have achieved your goals, you are more likely to succeed.

Week 4:
Keep Going!

You might be feeling a little sore at this point, but that’s a good thing. Your body is adapting to your new level of fitness. Just one month of consistent effort and you’ll start seeing results. We’ll check in with your goals and keep you accountable.

Week 8:
A Happier, Healthier You.

After two months of steady work, you’ve learned to do things you never thought you could. You are stronger, faster, and more athletic than you were before. Time to celebrate you new lifestyle of reaching milestones, pushing toward your potential, achieving PRs (personal records), and so much more!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • If you’re just starting up, we recommend coming three days/week for your first couple weeks, then build to four, then five. Once you’re up to five days per week, we recommend building in two recovery days per week. Recovery is just as important as exercise.

  • The very first thing you will discover is that we do not discriminate. Whether you are young at heart, or have just completed your 50th marathon, are recovering from injury or healing a broken heart, whether walking the dog is the only exercise you’ve had in years, or you’re someone training for the Ironman…We will help you achieve your fitness goals. One of the things that makes us so unique is our community of people from literally every walk of life: stay-at-home parents, elite athletes, students, grandpartents, CEOs, members of the armed services, firefighters, you name it. Our bodies come in every imaginable size, shape and age; and yet, our workouts every day are designed for anyone to do them. We are an inclusive community filled with encouraging members. Yes, anyone can do this!

  • If it's your first time in, we want you to feel comfortable! One of our awesome coaches will give you a tour of the facilities, we will sit down with you and walk through your goals and how you want to achieve them. After a quick fitness assessment with you we will explain our on boarding process and schedule your first one-on-one with one of our experienced coaches. Contact us now to get started!

  • We know you may have a lot of choices on where to workout. What’s best… A treadmill at home? The gym down the street that is $15/month? 1-on-1 private training? We’d actually encourage you to ask a different question. What are your goals? Personalized attention? Trained, professional coaches? Accountability? Working out with a group of like-minded people who cheer on your success? If the answer to any of the above is “yes”, then we’d encourage you to check us out.
