During this time, we’ll help you feel welcome, provide a quick gym tour, then sit down and talk about next steps. If you choose, we will have you get started with your first workout so we can set some benchmarks and assess where you are.
On Ramp
This is for our member that is new to CrossFit. Three one-on-one sessions with a Coach to familiarize you with movements common in CrossFIt.
3 1 hour one-on-one sessions. We will use this time to learn Olympic lifts and work on gymnastics skills. This allows the Coach to teach you how to safely execute movements and lifts. This makes you not only more prepared but less intimidated for group classes!
